Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Core District pieces. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work. It applies alongside your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Order Preparation & Delivery

Please note that orders are prepared within 5 to 7 business days and delivered within 7 to 18 business days after dispatch. Kindly allow for these timeframes before raising a delivery concern.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at shopcentral.official@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will reply with step-by-step return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, contact us and we will help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item received was faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including underwear and any item marked as a final sale. Where applicable, this will be clearly noted on the product page.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopcentral.official@outlook.com, including your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after the stated timeframe, first check with your bank or card provider. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will follow up promptly.
