At Core District, we want your order to reach you smoothly and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, costs and how we handle issues in transit. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared, quality-checked and packed within 5 to 7 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During product launches, sales periods or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer; if so, we will keep you informed by email.
2. Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7 to 18 business days, depending on your destination and local carrier conditions. Total estimated time from order to delivery is therefore approximately 12 to 25 business days. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit times depend on third-party carriers and customs.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and are displayed before payment. From time to time we may run free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear. If you have not received tracking information within this timeframe, contact us at shopcentral.official@outlook.com.
5. International Orders, Duties & Taxes
For international deliveries, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Core District cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at shopcentral.official@outlook.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you towards a resolution, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
