We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised activity, pricing or product errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

All payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared within 5-7 business days and delivered within 7-18 business days after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
